About Kuglar Law

Craig Kuglar is an Atlanta-based trial lawyer specializing in securities related arbitrations and litigations. Craig spent the first ten years of his legal career in the Securities Litigation Group at Alston & Bird in Atlanta, Georgia and New York, New York.

Since founding Kuglar Law in 2009, Craig and his team have tried cases in a variety of state and federal courts and arbitration forums in Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky, Texas, Virginia, Washington, D.C., Pennsylvania, Arizona, Washington, Idaho and Wisconsin. Kuglar Law has obtained and collected approximately $100 million in recoveries for its clients and has also secured numerous important victories for its select defense clients.
