Beth Williams, the longtime Executive Director at Kuglar Law, was elected to Partner after earning her J.D., with highest honors, from Georgia State University College of Law. During law school, Beth won the Best Brief award and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. Her path to becoming an attorney was built on more than two decades of experience working alongside Founding Partner Craig Kuglar, her mentor, as a legal assistant, paralegal, and executive director, where she gained extensive knowledge of complex litigation and client advocacy.

At Kuglar Law, Beth focuses her practice on securities litigation and arbitration, representing investors and advocating for those who have been harmed by financial misconduct. She brings a unique perspective to her work—combining her years of hands-on legal experience with a deep commitment to protecting the rights of individuals against powerful institutions.

Clients prize Beth for her meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to navigate complex regulatory issues, qualities that allow her to build strong cases on behalf of her clients. She is passionate about leveling the playing field for investors and ensuring accountability in the financial industry.

Outside of work, Beth treasures family time. She enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, and sweet granddaughter. In her free time, Beth can often be found with a good book or working outdoors in her yard and gardens.
